Doxology

We have whole milk! And I got all of the sweater done except the sleeves! By done I mean knitted, assembled, and with the loose ends woven in. Alas, the sleeves will likely take as long as the rest of the sweater did. Oh well, halfway there, and I'm going to drink horchata.

Ok, later today: My sister and I just finished watching Secret Ballot aka worst case scenarios for democracy aka representative government is neither as simple, straightfoward, nor obviously right as previously thought. It was long, dreary, disheartening, and (I hate to say this but it was also) boring. Still, it's somber warning against the potential ills of voting systems was only slightly dulled by the incredibly slow pace at which it moved.

And the sweater is about ten rows from completion... That is if I go with the simplest short sleeves possible, which knowing me I won't. So lets just say that I have somewhere along the lines of 1,260 knit stitches and 1,260 purl stitches left, and this is for short sleeves... hmmm... this is why I shouldn't try to calculate the number of stitches until a project is done!

Amazing how you can go through so much of that stuff! And cheerios to you for reading Hitchhiker's Guide! Douglas Adams is odd but interesting for a once-over at least.

Milk is evil. Especially whole milk. Drink water. Lots and lots of water! And play DDR!!!

Ah well, enjoy making sweaters. I really don't see how you do it! I don't have the patience.....
