All in all it's been a good week. My mom, sister, and I have been helping with Harmony's VBS. It's been fun and worth getting up early. And tomorrow I'm getting up at the ungodly hour of five and flying to New Mexico. I'm almost completely packed and just have to decide what books to take on the plane... and whether it's wrong to take church library books out of state...
background information: I picked up In the Halls of the Dragon King by Stephen Lawhead in the church library last time we lived here. That was at least six years ago. At the time, it was uninteresting. Then a year or two ago a friend loaned it to me, and I loved it. However, it kinda ended on a cliff hanger, and she didn't have the sequel! So upon returning to Harmony I retrieved the long awaited Wariors of Nin. And I've just gotten into it, but am slightly worried about losing it if I take it... although, I'm not worried about losing any of the other books I've contemplated taking. hmmmm. ok. Warriors of Nin is going to New Mexico. Worst case I'll end up replacing it.
