This was my mother's birthday!
and I think she enjoyed it! got up, dental appointment (for me, happy clean cavity free teeth), then lunch with dad at IHOP (have you tried the stuffed french toast? *sighs happily*), then we went to Grace's school where shady deals occurred (I gave her fifty dollars in an envelope and she gave me a pot with a broken bow and a tamoshantar (sp?)) then home where mom napped and I played on the computer, then Grace got back from school and she and I went to Walmart and got stuff for mom, came back, went to Sambinos (Greek Salads, that's all I've got to say, oh, and butter garlic dripping rolls, and sausage the way it should be and cheese...), came home, ate Italian cream cake (yumm), played Dutch Blitz, and that was about it... OH, and I discovered the joys of blending oil pastels... I'm still waiting for callouses to develop on my index finger, but it is fun. All in all a very good day which ended in laughing with my mom and sister - always a good ending.
