leftovers
with regards to the last thing mentioned at the end of the previous post: It was fun. :D And today consisted of sleeping in, wrapping presents, wrapping my sister's present to look like the gun turret on a tank (I'm kinda proud of how it turned out), realizing there weren't enough boxes to make the rest of the tank, and coming to terms with not having "A Bridge Too Far" reconstructed in our living room. *shrugs* then there was Christmas Eve service, which my sister got to read part of the Christmas story during! YAY! she did a good job. And if anyone was wondering why she no longer posts on her blog, it's because she forgot her password. In anycase, she did well, and then we came home, opened one present each... I got a crockpot! and it came with a small recipe book that includes triple chocolate something or other... *sighs* yeah, I need to try that. *yawns* when we were little, there was a small book, with wonderful illustrations called "The night before Christmas." It had this little mouse family... and the little ones were sooooo cute and they slept in these little beds made out of walnuts... It was a cute story, I think we enjoyed the pictures more than the poem. Anycase, as the diminuitive Santa Claus said at the very end... "Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!"
