yesterday - the potential dragon, today - the lack of thyme and stuffing

Well, yesterday, I completed both parts of the head and the limbs of Lydia's dragon. The remaining parts to be crocheted (toes, back ridge, fingers, and wings) will be added after the dragon is assembled, which will require stuffing, which means it won't get done until I get back to school. Also yesterday, I went and saw The Incredibles with my mom and sister. It was very fun. And I spent several hours playing computer games, also very fun. And then I woke up at 2:40 with a horrible pain just above my left eye - not fun at all. At the moment I am attributing this to not wearing my glasses during those several hours on the computer. I'll need to test this theory though... hmmm. Anyways, then there was today. Glorious sleeping in, woken by the intrusion of likewise glorious sunlight and getting to hear my mom and sister talking before I got up. *sighs* life is very good at times. And then it got even better since there was pumpkin bread for breakfast. Then we went, got haircuts, ran errands, fixed a mailbox that one who shall not be named here knocked over. (and it wasn't me or my sister, but that's all you're getting out of me.) Had meatloaf for dinner... actually good meatloaf whose consistency is not that of playdough. Then we all watched the muppets' version of A Christmas Carol. I imed for a little while. Then after a titanic struggle to blow on my sisters neck, I blogged, and here we are sunset and camden. *grins* and I got to pick out the yarn my sister is getting me for Christmas! *grins bigger* I really think I'm going to try making a bigger one. One more unfinished project... *sighs* Goodnight all. ah, and happy Winter solstice. The shortest day of the year, and I still wound up spending it shopping... *shakes head*
