It's ok, we still love you
Last night was interesting... I was tired around ten and then I messed around on the computer, read the rest of the book of Ti'ana (the book of D'ni had better be an improvement. It did get better towards the end... but still...), and then it was about 1 in the morning and I wound up panicking over the two degree audits I did on Buzznet earlier that day. *sighs* fortunately Lydia was still online so I talked with her a bit and calmed down. (one of the few times I've been grateful for the two hour time difference.) I just felt like I had to figure things out last night. I had to decide what I was going to do. And I was much too tired and worried to make any sort of good choice. So I talked with my parents today... it boils down to there are too many hours for the remaining semesters, and for now there willing to let me take longer than four years... not much longer, but enough. So for the moment it's set aside and we'll see how next semester goes. And tomorrow, I will finish unpacking and work on scholarship applications... and maybe drill more holes in pistachio shells...
Oh, and I found out my church here has a monthly craft and chat. :D It sounds like fun and it seems to be a good way to work on afghan III (afghan III is numbered from when it was started, not from how many I've already completed.)
Oh, and I'd almost forgotten, but this is pretty important:
The BRAC list came out! (Base Reallignment and Closure) And the real estate market in Sumter, South Carolina breathed a sigh of relief because Shaw wasn't closing. And my parents decided to start looking for a house (and a garage) here. Yep, we're moving this summer... again... but we'll still be in Sumter. This is just a little more incentive for me to reorganize and get rid of some of the stuff in my room... but will it be enough?
I really should go to Swan Lake sometime... hmmm... be mobbed by geese... *shrugs* The Iris festival is around memorial day if anyone cares... and my sister's graduation is soon... and I'm rambling off.
