T.G.I.F. etc.

Well, yes, I realize it's Tuesday, another funfilled tuesday, six hours of which were spent in the truck, two of which were spent actually driving, and the remainder of which were spent in the back seat crocheting and reading in between generally waiting on the two in the front seats. However, we did eat at TGIF and the hotel we're staying at does provide internet access and I did get two medallions is really the best description attached to the tablecloth I'm insane enough to be attempting. Progress made on that this trip would be four made and attached, so that's four down and roughly eighty to go.... not to mention edging *shudders* don't ever mention edging. It wouldn't be so bad if the thing weren't covered in picots! I hate picots! Three chains and a slip stitch so it isn't like it's the end of the world, but in the end all you've accomplished is an ornamental bump, a serious waste of time, thread, and aesthetics. Each unit of this tablecloth has roughly... 78 picots! Why am I doing this? Other than it actually is beautiful or will be when it is done?
